Last Stormdancer ♦ Jay Kristoff | Review

Post Views: 588

Was mich wirklich angenehm überrascht hat. Post Views: 681

The Adventures of Amina al-Sirafi ♦ Shannon Chakraborty | Review

The Adventures of Amina al-Sirafi ♦ Shannon Chakraborty | Review I must honestly say that I had never heard of author Shannon Chakraborty before reading this book. Her well-known book series The Daevabad Trilogy also completely passed me by. But meanwhile it was allowed to move into my shelf. The reason for this is The Adventures of Amina al-Sirafi which I got in an Exclusive Edition by FairyLoot. Post Views: 794

Kingdom of the Feared ♦ Kerri Maniscalco | Review

Kingdom of the Feared - Review

Kingdom of the Feared ♦ Kerri Maniscalco | Review After reading the first two volumes of the trilogy Kingdom of the Wicked, I eagerly picked up Kerri Maniscalco’s Kingdom of the Feared. The book came with twists and turns that I didn’t expect. But unfortunately there were also disappointments, because I expected a lot more from Emilia as a strong protagonist. Post Views: 872

The Broken Darkness ♦ Theresa Braun | Review

The Broken Darkness ♦ Theresa Braun | Review There are thirteen (13) short horror/paranormal stories in this book. Some stories are going to be better than others, just like in most collections of short stories. The remaining stories were either excessively anticipated or without substance, except for four that I thoroughly loved. The first time I came across Theresa Braun, was through another anthology, which I reviewed last year: Emporium of Superstition.
